MCP setup guides for seven AI clients

Every supported client now has its own step-by-step page, sign-in works in more of them, and a new prompt library shows what to ask once you are connected.

A guide for each client

The single MCP page used to hold every client's instructions. Each client now has a dedicated guide with the exact config or command, the sign-in steps, how to check the connection, prompts to try and troubleshooting:

  • Claude Code: one claude mcp add command, then sign in from /mcp
  • Cursor: .cursor/mcp.json or the Customize page
  • Claude: a custom connector on the web, desktop and mobile
  • Codex: codex mcp add and codex mcp login
  • VS Code and GitHub Copilot: .vscode/mcp.json and agent mode
  • Antigravity: the IDE and Antigravity CLI
  • Zed: a remote context server

Sign-in works in more clients

The OAuth server now accepts how more clients sign in. Claude Code can use any local callback port, VS Code's redirect addresses are allowed, and Antigravity, VS Code and Zed can sign in with their published client metadata. The endpoint is unchanged: https://api.snapshotflow.com/mcp.

Prompts to start with

The new prompt library groups copy-ready prompts by job: check a deploy, compare staging and production, audit landing pages, track competitor pricing and read documentation. Each prompt names the tool it uses and how many screenshots it counts as. The MCP page also shows an example conversation with real captures.
